Hi, I'm Ange!

I started Sweet Girl Bakes because I couldn't find desserts made the way I wanted to feed my own family — with ingredients I recognized, flavours worth craving, and quality that didn't require compromise.

What began as a love of baking turned into an obsession with sourdough, premium ingredients, and creating desserts that people genuinely remember.

Because when my hands are in dough, everything else gets quiet and I think dessert should be made with that kind of intention.
